752 people died due to complications caused by coronavirus in Ukraine on November 17. Thus, Ukraine ranked third in the world and second among European countries in terms of daily mortality from coronavirus, the data on the Worldometers site shows.

The countries with the highest mortality from Covid-19 during the day include Russia (1,251 people), the United States (1,147), Ukraine (752), India (459) and Poland (370).

A total of 256 million 387 thousand people were infected with coronavirus infection in the world as of November 19. Among the leaders - the United States - 48,398,455 people, India - 34,489,623, Brazil - 21,989,962. To date, 3,304,058 cases of Covid-19 have been recorded in Ukraine, which is the 16th position in the world ranking.

As it was reported, 20,050 new cases of infection with a coronavirus were found in Ukraine on November 18, 725 more people died.

According to the forecast of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, by the end of the year the official number of Covid-19 victims in Ukraine may reach 100 thousand, but the real numbers will be twice as high.
