The National Security and Defense Council, at the request of the Security Service of Ukraine, imposed personal sanctions against Russian judges, the military and intelligence officers for persecuting Ukrainian citizens in the occupied Crimea. This was announced by the press secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov during a briefing.

Thus, the list of sanctions for the persecution of civilians in the occupied Crimea includes Crimean judges and officials, Russian generals and intelligence officers, as well as the media registered in the occupied Crimea.

The restrictions are introduced for 5 years and imply a ban on property ownership in Ukraine, capital withdrawal, financial transactions, privatization and lease of state property.

The National Security and Defense Council is also imposing personal sanctions against MP Andriy Derkach.

The sanctions were also imposed against Anatoliy and Olha Shariy.

Also chief editor of Strana Ihor Huzhva was added to the sanctions list.
