Ukraine should cooperate wig EU ans NATO but assert its own interests as well, as the Co-Chairman of Opposition Platform - For Life Yuriy Boyko said on air of 112 Ukraine.

"Cooperation with the EU and NATO is important for Ukraine, as, for instance, Russia has a tier contact and cooperation with the EU, as their sales turnover makes around $220 billion, and our reaches $38 billion. They have more joint programs with NATO than we do. Therefore, we need to cooperate with the EU and NATO, but also assert our own interests,” he said.

Boyko stressed that primarily it was about expansion of the EU market in Ukraine.

"First of all, I mean the EU market, as the expansion of this market will be the priority for the next authority. Because today the restrictions are rather big, and we can't fulfill their potential in trade. It is about agreement on association, it should be revised, as there are certain restrictions, which mainly concerns agricultural goods," Boyko added.
