The agreement is beginning to work in full on September 1, and for us, for Ukrainians, it will be only program, a road map for further implementation of the reforms outlined in the association agreement," he said.
Poroshenko said that the last two months were "months of victories for Ukraine."
"Indeed, it's pleasant to say that the EU has sustained its position and, after a very tense reform program, has granted Ukraine and Ukrainians the right to travel visa-free to the EU," he said.
In his turn, the President of the European Council Donald Tusk said:
"In a few weeks we will finish work on the association agreement, which will be the next step on the way to a safe and stable state.”
