Ukraine and Switzerland signs visa-liberalization agreement

The agreement of the visa-liberalization and readmission was signed in Kyiv during the meeting of Pavlo Klimkin, Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Didier Burkhalter, the Head of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland. Arsen Avakov, the Minister of Internal Affairs reported this at Twitter.

The signing ceremony of legislative decision to grant visa-free regime for Ukrainian citizens by the European Union was held in Strasbourg on May 17.

According to the decree, the Ukrainians with biometric passports can entry EU without visa for 90 days in 180-days period for tourism, visiting of the relatives or friends or commercial goals. The temporary employment is forbidden.
