Ukraine accuses Russian authorities in the restriction of the access to the drugs for Crimean citizens as Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Oleksiy Reznikov stated during forum Ukraine 30. Crimea and Donbas against the virus.

“Russia, on the one hand, restricts the movement through the checkpoint to prevent people from coming to free Ukraine and buy medicines; on the other hand – the Russian military and FSB officers deprived people of so-called illegal drugs at the checkpoint,” Reznikov said.

As we reported, the European Parliament condemned the large-scale violations of the human rights in Crimea annexed by Russia and expressed concern about the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in Donbas.

On January 14, 2021, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled on Ukraine's lawsuits against the Russian Federation regarding human rights violations in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The court found Ukraine's case against Russia partially admissible and proceeded to consider the case on the merits.
