Due to the undulating land of Kyiv one can admire different views from different spots. There are lots of viewing platforms in Kyiv known for every city foe. Yet, there is one, not that popular, but still worth visiting - 270° sky deck. It is located on the top of Shchekavytsya Hora. One can admire an entire panorama of Kyiv there, but be attentive – the sky deck has no set platform, so one should wear something comfortable.
How to get there? Find a dwelling at the address 42-44 Olehivska Street, then go down to the garages, turn right and go through a tiny aperture. Here you are! Enjoy a beautiful view of the capital of Ukraine.
Stroll along Kioto Park
A tiny part of Japan in Kyiv, Kioto Park was opened after the Agreement on cooperation between Kyiv and Kioto was signed. It symbolizes friendship between the cities. It is interesting that the sakura lane was included into Record Book Ukraine’s. This beautiful alley extends for almost one kilometer. There is also a pond with a waterfall, iris and a traditional islet, which can be reached by three nice bridges. The park has magic atmosphere when cherry trees are blooming.

You can admire all top Kyiv attractions in 15 minutes – Kreshchatyk, Independence Square, Saint Sophia’s Cathedral, Opera House, railway station, Mariyinsky Palace, Verkhovna Rada, parks with monuments, Boryspil airport, Dnipro river with bridges etc. This park-museum is the smallest Ukrainian city. The idea of such museum emerged in 2000, but the park was officially opened in 2006. Get some cash – the entrance is not free.
How to find it? Easy! Exit subway on Hidropark station and go to 9B Brovarskyi Avenue.

Dnipro river is the main river of Ukraine. And Obolonska Naberezhna is the place where Dnipro looks amazing. The area consists of a big gulf and a long line of beautiful cottages. There is also a golf-club on the promenade. If you get hungry, you can have dinner in one of the restaurants of pubs located along the promenade lane.
