Ukraine's Healthcare Ministry has officially confirmed two new cases of Chinese coronavirus in this country. This is mentioned on the official Telegram channel of the Ministry.
"Two new cases of coronavirus infection are observed in Ukraine; it's a retired woman from Zhytomyr region and a man from Chernivtsi region whose wife stayed in Italy over the last 14 days", reads the message.
Both patients are isolated, and the symptomatic treatment is underway.
Thus, currently, there are three coronavirus cases in Ukraine. Previously, a man in Chernivtsi was diagnosed with it; his current health state is satisfactory.
As is known, Ukraine's government imposed nationwide quarantine. Schools, cinema theatres and shopping malls in the Ukrainian capital are closed. The city is under a quarantine since March 12. Mass events involving more than 200 people are temporarily banned, too. Public transport is disinfected before the departure in the morning. The restrictions will last until at least until early April.
