President of European Council Donald Tusk called all the Ukrainians heroes, as he said at the briefing with Ukraine’s Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, broadcasted on air of 112 Ukraine.

He noted that he considers all Ukrainians heroes as they have survived despite war, difficulties of the reforms and poverty.

“For me, you are all heroes. I saw you like that during the Revolution of Dignity on Maidan, and later, when you defended the sovereignty and integrity of your country and built a modern state, introduced democratic standards. Despite poverty, which still remains in some niches, despite suffering the war brought, despite the difficulties of the reform you survived. EU has to be proud and thankful for having such a partner,” Tusk said

As it was reported, Tusk stated it might be his last visit to Ukraine as the President of the European Council.
