“U.S. President Trump signed the Omnibus Spending Bill, adopted by the States and the House of Representatives for 2018 financial year. The total amount of assistance for Ukraine is $620,700, which is more than last year budget,” the message says.
According to the Bill, the Pentagon allocates $200 million to provide military technical assistance for Ukraine, which is $50 million more than in 2017.
$420,700 million is to be allocated for Ukraine by the U.S. State Department and other agencies involved. It is $10 million more than the budget in 2017.
The document also assigns $250 million to counterwork Russian informational propaganda, corruption and other enforcement actions.
It should be mentioned that U.S. House of Representatives passed the Omnibus Spending Bill for 2018 on March 22. The Bill provides assistance for Ukraine in the amount of $620,7 million.
