On the evening of Nov.29, activists organized a torchlight procession commemorating the fourth anniversary since students were beaten up by the law enforcers for protesting against Yanukovych’s not signing the Association Agreement with the EU as a part of the Euromaidan.
According to UNN, the participants demand to investigate the crimes against the Euromaidan. They went from Maidan Nezalezhnosti to the Presidential Administration, where police officers were already placed.
Interfax-Ukraine informs that the activists started shouting at police officers and threw flares at them. The police officers cast the flares aside, and no more confrontations occurred.
After that, as UNN reports, four people were detained near the Ministry of Internal affairs, 16-year-olds among them. It is known that the activists came up to the ministry, but were pushed back by the police. Then the participants started throwing snowballs at law enforcers, who detained a few of them, drew up administrative protocols against them, and released them.
