The Ukrainians are believed to have signed a contract with Congo's Ministry of Defense

The Armed Forces of Ukraine told 112.UA that three Ukrainians died in an air crash in Congo.

“Three Ukrainians died in the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kinshasa. However, no details have been given, as the victims are not military,” out journalist said.

A source also told 112.UA that the Ukrainians, who deceased in the air crash, had signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of Congo to work on the aircrafts, even though the airplanes are very old and shouldn’t be operating at all.

Previously it was informed that a military aircraft crashed in Congo; the crew didn’t survive. The preliminary cause of the crash is technical problems. There were 12 people on the airplane, none of them survived.
