British Prime Minister Theresa May said that Russia would not be invited to return to the G7 countries until it stops interfering in the affairs of other countries. Reuters reported this.

“There was a good reason why the G8 became the G7,” May told lawmakers in Britain’s parliament on Monday, saying its exclusion was a result of its “illegal annexation” of Crimea.

“Any conversations about whether or not Russia can come back round the table cannot take place until Russia has changed its attitude,” she said.

As it was reported earlier, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko thanked the leaders of the G-7 countries for their support of Ukraine. According to him, the results of the summit confirmed that Ukraine is "among the key priorities of the free world."

The leaders of the G-7 countries declared their support for the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders. The participants of the summit declared condemnation of the illegal annexation of Crimea.
