In Odessa, Malinovsky District Court will review the case on the events of May 2, 2014 from the beginning  due to changes in the board of judges. This was informed by "Interfax-Ukraine".

Judge Sergei Zhuryk dropped out of judges’ board due to illness, and was replaced by the Judge Alexei Starikov.

In connection with the replacement of the judge, the Court decided to initiate the proceedings from the beginning at the request of one of the accused.

The next hearing on the case is scheduled for December 8th.

On May 2, 2014, 48 people were killed and over 200 were injured in Odessa during the riots. Most of the victims died in the House of Trade Unions. The investigation revealed that the riots were organized in Odessa and deliberately planned.
