The Ukrainian side handed over to temporarily occupied Donetsk territories the remains of a militant who went missing in Donbas in 2014. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian delegation to the Tripartite Contact Group on its Telegram page.

“Today, September 23, as a goodwill initiative and within the activities of the humanitarian subgroup of the TCG, the Ukrainian side handed over the remains of Mialkin Anatoly Volodymyrovych, who was killed during the conflict. He disappeared in June 2014 near the city of Slovyansk, Donetsk region,” the message reads.

It is noted that the remains were handed over to his mother.

In addition, the Ukrainian side thanked the coordinator of the humanitarian subgroup Sharlotta Relander for the appropriate assistance.

As it was reported earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine found three sabotage groups arms caches in the area of ​​the Joint Forces operation in Donbas.
