“On April 14, at 04:00 p.m., the Chief Department received information about the explosion of an unknown device in Pokrovsk,” the message said.
It was established at the site that “during the burning of foliage in the yard of the three-storied house, the single detonation of unknown item occurred”.
As a result of the incident, a teenager of the 2006 year of birth suffered. He was taken to the Central district hospital of Pokrovsk.
No destructions reported as a result of the explosion.
The National Police officers establish all circumstances of the incident.
As we reported, according to the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF), 42 children died as a result of the explosion of mines and unexploded ordnance during the war in Donbas. In addition, 144 children were injured in eastern Ukraine from April 2014 to August 2020 for the same reason.
