The Strichka-2021 music festival, which was canceled in Kyiv last year, has been postponed from May to autumn. The festival will take place on September 18. This was reported on the event's Facebook page.
"Unfortunately, the situation has not changed this year either. We cannot hold the real Strichka in its true form in May, because gathering people indoors (which is six locations without which the Strichka does not exist) is still prohibited. Therefore, we postpone the event to September 18," the message says.
At the same time, the organizers plan to hold an open-air spring holiday on May 22. It will not be a festival, but only a part of it in the Yard and on the Pier. They promise to reveal the details later.
It is noted that tickets purchased last year will be valid on September 18. If it is not possible to get to the festival in September, purchased tickets will also be valid for the festival in May 2022. Tickets can also be returned (up to and including May 9).
As it was reported, the Cannes Film Festival was postponed from May to July due to the coronavirus pandemic.
