As it is noted, the streets which lead to Namyv district are flooded.
“The cars are slowing down the speed trying to move carefully not to pour over the engines. The pedestrians are walking barefoot, as the pavement is flooded,” the message says.
A lake appeared near the veterans’ hospital – it expanded to 300 meters.
“The depth in some places is up to one meter. Several cars have hopelessly stuck in a puddle – apparently water flooded the electrical systems,” the local news agency reports.
Mykolaiv resident wrote on Facebook that his car got a hydroshock.
“A coming car poured water in the hood, the car drove a few meters, faded and did not start,” he wrote.
