Director General of 112 Ukraine TV Channel Yehor Benkendorf has made a statement regarding the attack against TV channel building from a grenade launcher. Here is the full text of the statement:
All the employees are safe and sound, and that's all that matters.
I urge the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet, personally the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General, and the Security Service of Ukraine to immediately condemn criminal acts against 112 Ukraine TV channel. You have to clearly and decisively state: "No one should use force against media in Ukraine." The entire civilized world is waiting for your statement, including the embassies of the G7 countries, to which we have already turned for support.
I appeal to the employees of 112 Ukraine TV channel, 112.ua, and 112.international news portals. Dear colleagues, we will do everything possible to make you feel safe. We will provide extra security for the office building and will make every effort to find those responsible for today's crime.

As was reported, on the night of July 13, two unknown persons shelled the building of the 112 Ukraine TV channel on Dehtiarivska street 21G, Kyiv from a grenade launcher. Police qualify the incident as a terrorist act
