Minister of Healthcare of Ukraine Maksym Stepanov stated that the authorities have not considered the issue of imposition of a state of emergency or curfew in the country yet. The government Telegram channel Coronavirus_info reported this.

"We can prescribe all sorts of rules. But they must be followed. This is the only way we can stop the spread of the third wave of COVID-19," Maksym Stepanov said.
