State Investigation Bureau (SIB) will check on the polygraph the officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) who stood and watched how Israeli drug lord Amos Dov Silver escaped at Boryspil Airport as SIB Head Roman Truba reported on Telegram.
“The SIB checks the possible involvement of the SBU officers in the organization of the escape of the detainee. Within the pretrial investigation of this criminal proceeding, our specialists question the involved persons with the use of the polygraph.
In the SIB the professional polygraph examiners work who are involved by the bureau for the establishment of the facts in the criminal processes,” Truba emphasized.
The Israeli mass media were the first to report on the escape of Amos Dov Silver. Earlier the Supreme Court of Ukraine granted the motion of Israel on the extradition of Silver.
Drug lord was detained in Kyiv in spring 2019 on the demand of the Israeli police. In July, Kyiv Appeal Court decided to release him for the house arrest.
