The State Investigation Bureau filed the draft suspicion to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine toward fifth president Petro Poroshenko and submissions to the Verkhovna Rada on the provision of the permission for his prosecution as lawyer Andriy Portnov reported on Telegram.

Earlier ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko did not come for the interrogation appointed by the Prosecutor General's Office again.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) opened the criminal proceeding due to the possible neglect of duty by fifth president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko as Ukrainian News reported citing the NABU.

As we reported, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine interviewed former Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko.

Earlier, the ex-President of Ukraine did not show up for the questioning at the State Investigation Bureau (SIB) as SIB Director Roman Truba reported. 

Besides, the Prosecutor's Office of Panama closed the criminal case against Petro Poroshenko, finding no reason to prosecute him.
