Ukraine intends to install special video surveillance cameras to monitor compliance with quarantine, says Chief Doctor of the Ukrainian Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Ihor Kuzin reported about it according to Liga.net.
Monitoring cameras will be installed in shopping centers at the region level.
“Special cameras will be installed in shopping malls at the level of the country's regions, which will allow to see how many people do not use masks or adhere to social distances,” he said.
Also, according to Kuzin, in case of deterioration of the epidemiological situation, visits to the regions will be quite frequent. He noted that field meetings of the commissions on technogenic and environmental safety and emergencies commissions will be held at the region level.
As it was reported earlier, on September 13 the Cabinet of Ministers changed rules of quarantine in Ukraine. The resolution will come into force in 7 days from the moment of publication. In particular, the new quarantine rules stipulate that the Covid certificates will have two options. The yellow certificate will inform about the first dose of the vaccine, and the green - about the full course.
