An unknown put a funeral wreath at the doors of the Institute of National Memory in Kyiv. This was reported by the director of the Institute Volodymyr Viatrovych.

“A funeral wreath with my name is at the doors of the Institute. But nothing can spoil spring, even artificial flowers,” he wrote.

Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian Institute of National Memory offers to call off March 8 and May 1. The draft law may be put out for public consultation and sent to the parliament afterwards.
