The Cabinet of Ministers considers the possibility of transition of Ukraine to the adaptive quarantine and some regions might mitigate the restrictions to the levels of ‘yellow’ or ‘green’ zone as the President’s Office reported citing Prime Minister Denys Shmygal.
“The analysis shows that there are some regions where the quarantine events might be mitigated to the level that corresponds to ‘yellow’ and ‘green’ zones,” Shmygal said.
According to him, it is planned to consider this issue more detailed.
The PM also added that that the possibility of the transition to the adaptive quarantine is considered.
On January 24, lockdown ended in Ukraine and the country proceeded to quarantine restrictions of the ‘orange’ level.
During the last 24 hours, 2,030 people got sick with coronavirus in Ukraine. Among those who just got sick are 71 children and 65 doctors. 61 people died, and 5,131 recovered from the disease during this period. 12,825 new tests were conducted. 1,221,485 people got sick in Ukraine since the pandemic began. 1,023,915 patients recovered, and 22,768 deceased.
