The Ministry of Social Policy published the draft law for the public discussion. It provides funding for childbirth - not for all families, but for those with their incomes kept at a certain level.
In the law on State aid for Families with Children, it is suggested to state that the aid is provided for childbirth only in case if the average total monthly income for one person does not exceed 15% from the total allowance. The law does not affect children who live in orphanages and are fully provided by the State.
The document was published for public discussion on October 28. Suggestions are accepted until November 28.
Earlier, Bellingcat has published a report about child sexual abuse, investigating a criminal case with a child modeling studio.
