Russian presidential candidate Ksenia Sobchak got listed in Myrotvorets database on March 7 for illegal visit to annexed Crimea in 2014. This was reported on the Myrotvorets web site.

According to the message, Sobchak “has violated Ukraine’s border consciously to enter annexed Crimea, she handles socially significant information to receive political dividends, she justified Russian occupation of Crimea in 2014”.

Myrotvorets center is a non-governmental organization, which deals with “the investigation of elements of crime against national security of Ukraine, peace, human security and international order”.

Previously, Ksenia Sobchak said she sent Ukraine's embassy a request to enter Crimea from the territory of the mainland Ukraine, which meets the demands of the Ukrainian law. Later, the Ukrainian embassy in Russia denied this piece of information.

Oleh Slobodyan, spokesperson of Ukraine’s Border Guard Service, said that if Sobchak appears on Ukrainian borderline, the Border Guard Service will provide an investigation on her possible violation of Ukrainian law.

Pavlo Klimkin, the foreign minister of Ukraine, called Sobchak’s intentions to conduct electoral campaign in annexed Crimea “a case of schizophrenia, of a political sort”
