“At the sitting, the Commission exercised the mandate of the district elections commission No. 50 on enforcement of judicial decisions on recounting the ballots on 14 polling stations of this constituency,” the press office informed.
The Commission entrusted to prepare and provide protocols with results of the voting on the 119th and 210th constituencies till August 5, and received a protocol marked “revised” from a single-mandate constituency No. 119.
As it was reported, on July 23 a conflict happened between the observers and chairman of district election commission over inaccurate information in the protocols on the 50th constituency. The observers found discrepancy in the figures in the commission’s protocols. Later, people held a protest near the polling stations.
On July 26, Central Elections Commission did not take wet stamps protocols from district election commission No. 50 (Donetsk region). The court ruled to recount the ballots.
Later, Central Election Commission assumed the power of district election commission on the 50th constituency in Donetsk region.
