The Kyiv School of Economics has stated that six regions are ready to leave the red quarantine zone. But the decision depends on the state commission on technogenic and environmental safety and emergencies, head of the Center for Health Economics of the Kyiv School of Economics Yuriy Hanychenko announced during a briefing.

"Today there are six regions that are ready to exit the red level of epidemic danger. But the commission on technogenic and environmental safety and emergencies does not withdraw these regions. Potentially, the reason may be that the quarantine regulation is currently being updated to bring the regions in line with the new quarantine indicators or restrictions," Hanychenko said.

The decision to withdraw the regions from the red zone will depend on when the commission on technogenic and environmental safety and emergencies will meet.

As it was reported earlier, Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko announced that the updated rules of adaptive quarantine will come into force on December 6. The yellow Covid-certificate will not be valid for work and visits to public institutions at the red level of epidemiological safety and, Instead of 120 days, it will be valid for only 30.
