Inspector of the police, who fired a shot, which resulted in the death of 5-year-old Kyrylo Tlyavov in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky, Kyiv region, was notified about the suspicion in the negligent homicide. The weapon is not found as Head of State Investigation Bureau Roman Truba reported.
“Today, the police inspector was notified about the suspicion in the negligent homicide,” Truba said.
According to him, the weapon, from which the shot was fired, is not found.

On May 31, a boy with physical injuries in the form of a severe closed-head injury, brain contusion, internal brain hematoma and a fracture of the temporal bone was delivered to the intensive care unit of the Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky hospital. On June 3, Kyrylo died; the doctors could not save his life.
June 5, it appeared that Dmytro Tsenov, the chief of the National Police in Kyiv region, was relieved from his duty because of the tragedy. Then, he was appointed the Head of Police in the Joint Forces Operation in Donbas.
