In Donetsk region, the service center is opened at Novotroitske checkpoint, as the Ukrainian delegation at the Trilateral Contact Group reported.
“Yesterday, on December 16, 2020, at Novotroitske checkpoint, the modern multifunctional service center was opened. It is the second similar service center. The first one was opened on November 10 at Shchastya checkpoint in Luhansk region,” the message said.
According to Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov, all citizens of Ukraine on either side of the contact line will be able to get social and administrative services, legal aid and use Nova Poshta and Oschadbank services at the service center.
“Now, also at Novotroitske checkpoint, all citizens of Ukraine on either side of the contact line will be able to get social and administrative services, legal aid; the offices of Nova Poshta and Oschadbank, room for mothers with children, drug store and shop of complement products will work there; it will be possible to use the social programs, including medical and Affordable Medicines,” the minister said.
Besides, such service centers will be equipped at all checkpoints.
Moreover, Reznikov reminded that despite the enhanced quarantine from January 8 until January 24, all checkpoints will continue to work as usual.
As we reported, the partakers of the consultations at the Trilateral Contact Group agreed about the date of opening of two checkpoints – Zolote and Shchastya – on November 10.
However, the authorities of occupied districts of Luhansk and Donetsk regions stated that they would not open all entry-exit checkpoints in Donbas on November 10.
