MP from the Servant of the People party Mykyta Poturayev, who was recognized guilty in untimely putting of data to the declaration on significant changes toward the purchase of a car, paid 1,700 hryvnia ($61) of fine. He was put on the register of corrupt official as the register says.

In 2020, he was recognized by the court as guilty in the commitment of the administrative offense and he was subject to administrative punishment in the form of a fine in the sum of 1,700 hryvnia.

The set of elements of an offense included non-disclosure or untimely report on significant changes of property state, and violation of the demands of the financial control.

On March 11, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NAPC) presented the renewed register that includes the number of the corrupted officials in each region and checks the authenticity of certificates through the QR code.

As we reported, Maksym Mykytas, the former owner of Ukrbud company and the ex-MP of the Ukrainian Parliament was released from custody by the decision of Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv.
