Servant of the People MP Iryna Vereshchuk filed for resignation from the office of the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers to the Verkhovna Rada. She wrote this on her Facebook page.

“Today I step down from office of the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers to Verkhovna Rada. I thank all who have been helping me with this work,” Vereshchuk wrote.

According to the MP, she is planning to focus on the work in the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence.

Iryna Vereshchuk said that bills submitted to the parliament on the land reform are incomplete and “cannot be adopted even in the first reading.”

She underlined that opening the land market was an essential process, but it was important for her how this opening is carried out.

The MP abstained in the voting for the land market.

Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian lawmakers Anna Skorokhod and Anton Polyakov have been excluded from Servant of the People parliamentary faction. The MPs themselves confirmed this information by talking to the press on Friday. The party claims the lawmakers violated the agreement to vote along with the rest of their fellow MPs.

"It is a breach of the agreement on voting, on the teamwork in terms of the issues, on which the entire faction agrees", - this was the explanation of Oleksandr Kornienko, the head of the party and the deputy chairman of the party's parliamentary faction.
