The self-proclaimed “head” of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov temporarily assumed position of the "chief architect" of the occupied Crimea. He announced this to the journalists on Tuesday, reports Kryminform.
“For now, I carry out the role of the "chief architect. I cannot allow further ruining of the overall urban look of the "Republic of Crimea", I do not have the moral right. That’s why, we are searching for an architect,” he said.
According to Aksyonov initial tasks assigned to the previous architect were not fulfilled.
"At the moment, we are searching for the candidates for this position. On the eve we found out that the previous architect Anna Tsaryova resigned at her own request," he said.
As it was reported earlier Siemens claims that turbines were delivered to occupied Crimea against company's will. The company intends to open the criminal investigation against people involved in the incident.
Earlier media reported that despite sanctions Russia bought turbine motors from Siemens for occupied Crimea. In its turn, Siemens denies supplying turbine motors to the Crimea.
