The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) prevented the corporate raid of the facility at Bankova Street (where the Presidential Administration is located), Kyiv, which is on the balance sheet of State Management of Affairs, as the SBU reported.

“The case officers of the special service established that the expropriation of the property was planned by the group of businessmen who involved private notary in the criminal activity. They, on the basis of the forged documents, re-registered illegally the real property of the state ownership with cost over $204.181,” the message said.

The law enforcers detained one of the perpetrators, lawyer, during the attempt to resale the object seized through corporate raid for $130.000.

The facility is under arrest now. All measures are assumed to return it to the state ownership.

Earlier, the employees of the Department of the Counterintelligence Protection of State Interests in Information Security Sphere of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) stopped the activity of the grouping, which facilitated the corporate raids of property all over Ukraine during the last few years.
