The employees of Department of the Counterintelligence Protection of State Interests in Information Security Sphere of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) stopped the activity of the grouping, which facilitated the corporate raids of property all over Ukraine during the last few years as the SBU reported on Facebook.
A Kyiv citizen organized and headed the group in 2015. Earlier he committed cyber attacks at State registers of Ukraine.
He involved ex-workers of the bodies of state executive service, justice, state registers and highly qualified hackers in the grouping. The members of it illegally interfered in the State registers of Ukraine for illegal change of the owners of the property.
For remuneration in the sum from $7.000 up to $50.000 they fulfilled orders of private persons and raiding groupings. The perpetrators reregistered personal and real property, illegally lifted or imposed the arrest, provided the illegal pass of the corporate rights.
The hackers sent the letters allegedly from the state and supervisory bodies with files with malware software to e-mail addresses of the necessary structures to get access to the State registers.
After opening the letters, the perpetrators stole logins and passwords, access keys to the State registers. It provided them with the possibility to control the computer remotely and send the files to the server in the internet. Then, using the stolen access tools, the hackers illegally interfered in the state registers and held illicit registration actions.
The law enforcers held the special operation to stop the corporate raid of the gas stations network.
40 searches took place at the place of residence and vehicles of the persons of interest. During the investigative actions, the mobile terminals, computer equipment, bank cards with evidence of illegal activity were confiscated.
The confiscated evidence became the ground for the procedural detention of black registrars in Kyiv. The members of the grouping actively resisted the law enforcers.
Earlier President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky promised to sign the decrees against raiding and smuggling.
