The so-called “lawmakers” of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic Vladyslav Deinego and Olga Koptseva staged a provocation in Stanytsia Luhanska. Their detention would hinder the implementation of Minsk Agreements, as the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reported on Facebook.

“The appearance of the “lawmakers” of the quasi-republic near Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint is the considered, conscious and targeted provocation from the side of the terrorists and their Russian curators. The detention of Kobtseva and Deinego in the neutral zone would be a reason for the occupant to announce the disruption of Minsk Agreements by Ukraine and violation of the ceasefire,” the SBU underlined.
