The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) did not provide the permission for the cross of the division line in Donbas to MP Nadiya Savchenko. Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs Georgiy Tuka reported.

“As it was expected by common sense, the Security Service of Ukraine did not provide the permission for the cross of the division line to admirer of surrealism and terrorists – Nadiya Savchenko,” Tuka wrote.

Earlier, we reported that the MP candidate Nadiya Savchenko is going for a support tour to the occupied territories of Donbas, particularly Horlivka (Donetsk region).

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky officially dissolved the Verkhovna Rada and appointed the snap elections for July 21. The Cabinet of Ministers should provide the funding of the elections.

On May 24, the electoral process kicked off in Ukraine.

According to the Ukrainian legislation, the electoral process of snap elections begins on the next day after the President’s decree on early termination of the mandate of Verkhovna Rada and appointment of the new elections is published. Therefore, the electoral process starts on May 24, without the Central Commission making any decisions.
