Security Service caught eight companies using Russian spyware

Law enforcement officers conducted searches in the companies and confiscated computed equipment with spyware

Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) conducted searches and seized computer equipment in eight companies which used and sold prohibited Russian spyware. This was reported on the SSU Facebook page.

SSU continues the work to establish persons involved in usage and distribution of software, damages caused to Ukrainian national interests are being clarified.

Earlier it was reported that Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman got upset that SSU was raiding the office of Dragon Capital investment company and ordered the government representative to find out what is going on. Later the company said that searches were conducted on suspicion of using illegal software.
