Second round of elections: CEC registers 2,700 international observers

The Central Election Commission of Ukraine (CEC) has finished the registration of the official observers of the presidential elections in Ukraine today, April 15. Totally, 2,700 international observers have been registered. The press service of the CEC reports this.

“Thus, April 15, the Commission finished the registration of the official observers on the elections of the president of Ukraine. Completely, 2,700 official observers from 20 international societies have been registered on the elections of the president of Ukraine,” the report said.

In particular, the CEC members registered 345 official observers on the elections of the president of Ukraine during the session today.

Besides, the Commission has cancelled the registration of the five official observers: 1 from the National Diplomatic Foreign Affairs of the USA, 2 from the World Congress of Ukrainians, 1 from the committee For the open democracy, 1 from the Bureau of the democratic institutions and human rights of the Organization of the security and cooperation with Europe.
