The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) refuted the information about taking the documents away during the searches in Kyiv District Administrative Court. This was reported by the press service of NABU.

“Disseminated information by lawyer Evhenii Solodko during the press conference about taking away of the casesб related to NABU or the Office of Special Investigations of the Prosecutor General's Office (GPO) at the time of the searches in Kyiv District Administrative Court is not consistent with the reality,” the message reads.

As it was reported earlier, Solodko stated that the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) had registered the application relating to the NABU searches conducted in Kyiv City Administrative Court on July 26.

“In the morning the statement about committing the crime under the article Interference in justice was registered in the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI). What does the interference consist of? The interference is complete blocking of the court during Friday. Despite the fact that the places of making searches are pointed in the document and these are the cabinets of the judges and their assistants, the work of the whole court was banned, as well as the work of the whole informational center, the cases were withdrawn and actually the court did not work,” the lawyer said.
