The National Guard instructors conduct drills for the Ukrainian border guards and military from Moldova and Georgia within Se Breeze 2018 in Odesa, as the website of the National Guard reports.
The National Guard troop of the 3039 military unit, six diving experts and six trainers are taking part in the drills.
The National Guard trainers were conducting practical exercises during the first week of the multinational drills on Shyroky lan firing range. In particular, the “ground group” was practicing firing and tactical training, tactical medicine and military engineering.
“We have five platoons in our group. Despite our guard one, we have border guards, two military units from Moldova and one from Georgia. We are conducting trainings, but it all happens interactively, everyone share’s their experience. Most of the representatives of the other states have participated in the combat actions, peacekeeping missions. Therefore, such training is useful for all,” Vitaly Harbuzenko, the tactical medicine trainer of the National Guard, said.
As it was reported, on July 9 Sea Breeze drills kicked off in Odesa.
