Regulatory committee of the Ukrainian Parliament on Thursday was considering the plea of the General Prosecutor Yury Lutsenko as for the Ukrainian MP Nadiya Savchenko concerning the criminal prosecution, detention and arrest of Savchenko.
Parliamentary Regulatory Committee recommended lifting immunity, detention and arrest of the Ukrainian MP Nadiya Savchenko. The Verkhovna Rada was also considering the removal of immunity from the non-factional People's Deputy.
In the end, Ukrainian parliament lifted the immunity of Nadiya Savchenko and detained her right after that. She was informed of suspicion and detained in the building of the Verkhovna Rada. The MPs have practically enabled Savchenko's detention by their vote.
Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko accuses Nadiya Savchenko
Firstly, Yuriy Lutsenko, Ukraine’s Prosecutor General said that Ukrainian MP Nadiya Savchenko applied to the Ukrainian Armed Forces officers to organize terror attacks against country's top leadership.
Whereas, Savchenko says her plan to perform a terror attack in the Verkhovna Rada is absurd. She said that at the meeting of the parliamentary regulatory committee during considering the plea. The grenade can’t damage the building, it’s absurd, these were jokes,” she said.
On March 15, Lutsenko claimed during his speech at the parliament that Savchenko personally planned, recruited and ordered how to hold the terrorist attack in the Verkhovna Rada, destroying two lodges, governmental and post, by the combat grenades, bringing down the dome of the Verkhovna Rada by the mortar launchers and killing the survived with the assault rifles.
Savchenko confirmed her trip to occupied Donbas in November 2017. She claimed this during the session of the Ukrainian Parliament Regulatory Committee Thursday. Savchenko said that she took clothes for the Ukrainian hostages there. Also, she confirmed that she negotiated with the representatives of the illegal armed formations.
'I did not negotiate with Putin, but with the enemy, with many people from that territory I interacted', she noted.
Lutsenko also claimed that Savchenko and Volodymyr Ruban, the Head of 'Officer Corps' planned to attack the cortege of the President of Ukraine with the large caliber sniper rifle.
'On December 2, 2017, Savchenko and Ruban came to Khmelnytsky, tested the weapons at the proving ground where Ruban announced the plan to attack the cortege of the president with the use of the large caliber sniper rifle 'Topaz' that penetrates the light armor of any car and it is many only in Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). Later on the same day, the key meeting of Savchenko, Ruban and pointed officers of Ukraine's Armed Forces took place (it was recorded by the operative services of the SBU). During the video-recording Ruban and later Savchenko outlined their plans of the overthrow the constitutional order by the holding of the terrorist attack from the mortar launchers at the governmental quarter of Kyiv, commitment of the terrorist attack inside the Verkhovna Rada with the weaponry and explosives gotten from the DPR militants', he said.Savchenko claimed that she took clothes for the Ukrainian hostages there.

Nadiya Savchenko accuses leader of Batkivshchyna Party Yulia Tymoshenko
Nadia Savchenko claimed that Yulia Tymoshenko, the leader of Batkivshchyna Party negotiated with Oleksandr Zakharchenko, the leader of the militants of Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).
'For the second time, when I came to Zakharchenko and Plotnytsky to hold the negotiations with them to directly discuss the release of people I learned that Yulia Tymoshenko also negotiated with Zakharchenko once.
