‘I want to personally appeal to Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia – you know very well that I did not write you an appeal on the personal pardon. But now as the Ukrainian, the person who passed the same way, the Ukrainian politician, I want to appeal to you with the request to release all imprisoned Ukrainians’.
