On March 21, MP Nadia Savchenko filed a lawsuit against Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, demanding to recognize the order of the parliament on her exclusion from the National Security and Defense Committee as illegal.

'I noted that the order for which the MPs voted at the session of the Verkhovna Rada on March 15 is illegal and should be canceled as the basis provided by the acting legislation for the adoption of such decision are absent', Savchenko reported on Facebook.

Also, she posted the photo of the lawsuit filed to the Supreme Court.

Savchenko claims that it is impossible to exclude any member of the committee.

'There are only the mechanisms for the withdrawal of the Head of the Committee, deputy and secretary in the legislation of Ukraine', she specified.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine excluded Nadia Savchenko, the non-affiliated MP from the membership of the National Security and Defense Committee on March 15.

Also, Lutsenko made three submissions to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on MP Nadia Savchenko. They will be considered on March 22.
