Ukrainian MP Nadia Savchenko said she intended to run for the president. She said this in her interview for Glavcom agency.

“To participate in the presidential campaign in fact one does not need much: 96,000 dollars to register. You open a fund and honestly say: I’m gathering money for presidency. I will participate and time will show how it goes,” she said.

The MP also expressed desire to participate in parliamentary elections with her party.

“Lets’ say I’d lead my party for these elections. I declare such concept: people who were in power should not be there anymore. People who were MPs at least in one parliament convocation should never be deputies anymore. They can be advisers or deputy's aides,” Savchenko said.

As it was reported earlier Savchenko asked Macron to strengthen sanctions against Russia. MP urged Macron to maintain and strengthen sanctions against Russian Federation, as the "authority of this country only understands force and resolve."
