SAP opens criminal proceeding on possible illicit enrichment of Radical party leader

Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) opened criminal proceeding regarding possible illicit enrichment of Oleh Lyashko, the leader of Radical Party. This was reported by NABU director Artem Sytnyk during the briefing.

"The case on illegal enrichment has just came from Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office. I am not ready to tell what is going on in this case," he said, answering journalist’s question about criminal proceeding against Lyashko.

The case is about the house of Radical party leader.

Nazar Kholodnytsky, the head of Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, announced on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel that the proceeding was opened based on journalist investigation.
