Ukraine’s Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office and National Anti-Corruption Bureau passed the cases concerning Ukraine’s ex-President Viktor Yanukovych to the State Investigation Bureau, as Ukrainian News reported referring to the SAP representative.
According to him, materials on seizing the Mezhyhirya Residence (Novi Petrivtsi, Kyiv region) were passed along with the files on seizing hunting grounds in Sukholuchhya, Kyiv region.
In total, NABU and SAP passed asome 50 cases to the State Investigation Bureau.
As it was reported, the Head of the State Investigation Bureau Roman Truba stated that the Bureau would not accept materials of the cases from other law enforcement agencies in case of such transfer.
Ukraine’s State Investigation Bureau intends to pass its cases to the Anti-Corruption Court.
