Mikheil Saakashvili, the leader of 'Rukh Novykh Syl' and his allies captured the committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Yury Lutsenko, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine claimed this at the parliament as 112 broadcasted.
'The police legally enter to detain Saakashvili and transfer him to the prosecutor. But he and the group of militia captured the committee of the Verkhovna Rada that is situated in Kyiv Hotel, broke out the door and force out the worker of the State Security Administration that guarded the state establishment and then stayed there', Lutsenko said.
He also claimed that the criminal proceeding was registered due to this incident.
Earlier Yury Lutsenko, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine urged Saakashvili to come to the SBU on December 6 for the investigative activities. However, Saakashvili refused to come and offered the law enforcers to come to his camp near the Verkhovna Rada.
As we reported Saakashvili was detained in the suspicion of the support of the criminal group in the organization of the criminal activity. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, Saakashvili financed the protests to take power for the funds of the allies of Viktor Yanukovych, the former president of Ukraine.
Saakashvili succeeded to release from the car of the law enforcers after a few failed attempts to pass him to the SBU. He made for the Ukrainian parliament right after the release.
