Mikheil Saakashvili, the former head of Odesa Regional Administration and leader of ‘Rukh Novykh Syl’ Party refused to come into the building of the SBU for the questioning. Ruslan Chernolutski, the advocate of Saakashvili claimed this as 112 broadcasted.
This decision was explained that two investigative actions (questioning and expert study) are stated in the summons and it is the violation of the legislation as the advocates claimed.
The advocated passed the registered document to the SBU and noted that they will definitely come for the investigative actions when each of them will take place separately.
‘We registered an appeal in the office and it was accepted for the consideration by Volodymyr Kobrin, the primary investigator. I want to note one more time that we do not intend to come to the investigative actions today. We ask to postpone them and expect that our appeal will be satisfied’, Chernolutski noted.
Also, Saakashvili reported that the session at the Administrative court on his suite on the citizenship will also not take place today because he was going to testify at the SBU today.
